I, Bixia Qiu, graduated from Jiangnan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Quality and Safety and a Master’s Degree in Food Science and Engineering. After that, I worked as an R&D Engineer in the Research and Development center of Sirio Health Technology Co., Ltd from 2018 to 2021. I joined in the Lab of Food Substainabiome from March 2021 and currently I am doing a PhD Program in Prof. Achmon’s lab. I am looking forward to exploring the world of food substainablity and hope to make some discovery and learn more skills.
