I, Rongzhi Li, received the B.Sc (Cum laude) in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from the Technion on November 2020. My undergraduate research, under the guidance of Prof. Dganit Danino, focused on the influence of the health condition of the cow on the properties of the milk. I joined Prof. Yigal Achmon’s lab on December 2020 as a lab technician, hoping to gain more knowledge and experience.
