Xiaohui An attained a bachelor's degree in Food safety from Huazhong Agricultural University and a master's degree in Food biotechnology from the Center for Viticulture & Enology of China Agricultural University. During his stay at the Center for Viticulture & Enology, he mastered many techniques of molecular biology and chemical analysis. Now, he is very glad to devote himself to the research of food sustainability. He believes that sustainable development will greatly contribute to environmental protection and will surely make the world a better place.
